Las Vegas sits at 36.17°, -115.14°. The brightest passes typically appear within 1–2 hours of sunset and again before sunrise, when the satellite is sunlit while the sky above Las Vegas is dark. Look for a steady, fast-moving point of light brighter than most stars — the ISS rivals Venus at peak.
