These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SpaceOdysseyHub (“the site”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of Content
All original content on SpaceOdysseyHub is protected by copyright. Space imagery from NASA and ESA is used under public domain / Creative Commons licenses. Company logos and press kit images are used for editorial purposes.
User Conduct
By using SpaceOdysseyHub you agree not to:
- Scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission
- Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or authentication on any API endpoint
- Use automated systems to submit newsletter signups, contact form messages, or other interactive elements
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or its infrastructure without prior written consent
- Use the site to distribute malware, spam, harassing content, or unlawful material
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any person, organization, or space agency
We reserve the right to block IP addresses, revoke API access, or refuse service to anyone we believe is violating these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Oslo, Norway — unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise, in which case those mandatory protections still apply to you.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
