How to spot the ISS from Hạ Long
Hạ Long sits at 20.95°, 107.07°. The brightest passes typically appear within 1–2 hours of sunset and again before sunrise, when the satellite is sunlit while the sky above Hạ Long is dark. Look for a steady, fast-moving point of light brighter than most stars — the ISS rivals Venus at peak.
