Overview

Not a satellite — the framework of mutually-agreed standards and interfaces that lets any compliant provider (commercial or agency) plug into a cooperative lunar network. Covers communication transmission, PNT distribution, and space-weather data exchange. NASA, ESA, and JAXA jointly develop the spec. Version 4 published September 2022; v5 baseline February 2025.
