Biography
Flight Engineer on the Soviet side of the Apollo–Soyuz Test Project, aboard Soyuz 19 with commander Alexei Leonov. A spacecraft engineer from Korolev's design bureau, he flew three missions between 1969 and 1980.
Before NASASpacecraft design engineer in Sergei Korolev's OKB-1 bureau before being selected as a cosmonaut-engineer.
