Overview
Sells space infrastructure as a service: a customer brings a payload — or now just software — and Loft handles bus procurement, integration, launch, licensing and operations, deliberately staying bus-agnostic rather than manufacturing satellites itself.
Moat: Two abstraction layers no competitor has productized as far — Hub, a universal payload adapter, and Cockpit, mission-control software — letting Loft fly any payload on any bus and resell capacity on satellites already in orbit, structurally faster and less capital-intensive than vertically integrated manufacturers.
